GISD Hosts Community Event for Parents, Students and Potential Employers April 15
Georgetown ISD invites you to attend a community event on Saturday, April 15 from 10am - Noon.
- PARENT LEARNING - Connect with organizations about summer camp information and transition resources for students with disabilities. New student enrollment and registration support will be available.
- TRANSITION FAIR - Families are invited to come learn about opportunities for students with disabilities as they transition from public education to the adult world; and
- REVERSE JOB FAIR - Potential employers will have the chance to meet students in the Bridges program as they highlight their qualifications and abilities on tri-fold board displays.
There will be free fun activities available for children of all ages:
- Face painting
- Cornhole
- Wow Bookmobile
- Bridges Boutique, and more
